Booking support

If you have questions about booking the student project rooms or media studios, you can visit the support desk staff.

If you have questions about teaching lab bookings or technical issues with the booking forms, please contact scfbook@uvic.ca.

If you need to change or cancel a teaching lab booking, please contact scfbook@uvic.ca.

Get help now

There are Computer Help Desk staff at the support desk near each computer lab entrance. They can help you find and use the lab computers and technology:

  • set up a lab’s audiovisual system for your booking
  • troubleshoot technical issues
  • help you find specific equipment and software

They can also help you with other UVic services. For example:

If you’re experiencing technical issues unrelated to the computer labs or you’re unable to visit a support desk in person, you can submit an IT support request.
