Bio
Justin Wiltshire received his PhD in Economics from the University of California, Davis. His research explores the dynamic interplay of Local Labor Market Conditions, Industrial Composition, Housing Prices, Migration, and Government Intervention.
His work has been featured in numerous media outlets and has been referenced in testimony before the US Congressional Joint Economic Committee and the US House Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth.
Before joining UVic he was a postdoctoral scholar with the Center on Wage and Employment Dynamics (CWED) at the University of California, Berkeley Institute for Research on Labor and Employment, where he remains an affiliate.
