Our answer policy

We're very happy to receive your questions and do our best to answer them, but unfortunately it's not always possible for us to answer all of them.  The following guidelines below may help you in choosing a question to send to us.
Here are some types of questions that we probably won't answer:

  • Questions that are unrelated to physics and astronomy. We don't claim to know everything about everything...
  • Questions that are related to commercial products.
  • Questions copied directly from your homework or assignments. We've already graduated once...
