Housing Portal maintenance

The Housing Portal will be offline Monday, December 4 through to noon Wednesday, December 6 due to a software update.

Our team will be working hard to get the system up and running as soon as possible and will open the portal earlier if possible.

What does this mean for you?

Maintenance requests

Submit standard (non-urgent) requests for maintenance by email to resmaintenance@uvic.ca.

For urgent requests (power outages, doors not securing):

• between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., call 250-721-8650
• after 4 pm, call Campus Security at 250-721-7599
• for emergencies (water leak, or flooding) call Campus Security at 250-721-7599

Parcel pickup

You can pick-up parcels Wednesday morning after the portal reopens.

• if you are expecting an urgent package, drop by the Housing Office and we will do our best to locate it
• regular mail delivery will continue to your residence mailbox

New students wanting to apply for Family Housing or Spring 2024 housing will be able to submit an application when the Portal re-opens.
