Timetable submissions

Timetable submissions are collected using a web-based system called the Data Capture Utility (DCU). This method replaces the submission of paper spreadsheets and provides a number of benefits including improved efficiency and accuracy. Academic departments have used the DCU to enter timetable submissions since March 2015.

The DCU will be available for inputting the 2022/2023 Winter Session timetable requests from January 31 to March 4, 2022.

DCU drop-in sessions - Zoom link and schedule will be posted here shortly. Everyone is welcome! This is a great time to ask questions or troubleshoot challenges, or to work on your timetable submissions in a Zoom room with support from ATS.
