Your online account has a new look
Introducing ONECard eAccounts – a revamped online portal where you can add money to your account, view account balances and activity, and manage your UVic ONECard.
This portal has all the same functionality of the older MyCard system, but you can now download the Transact eAccounts app to add funds on your phone.
As part of this upgrade, you will need to re-add any previously saved credit cards.

Use your preferred name

Flex account
Your flex account can be used at many locations across campus, and you'll save 5% on purchases made at all University Food Services outlets.
Pay with your ONECard at:
- University Food Services outlets—save 5% on all purchases when you pay with your card
- UVic Bookstore
- Student Union Building—food outlets, copy cards at Zap Copy, Subtext, Campus Pharmacy
- Vikes Athletics and Recreation Services—memberships/equipment, tickets, concessions, rock climbing wall
- Printing & photocopying
- Advising Centre
- International Centre for Students
Meal plans
There are several meal plan options to choose from. Pay with your meal plan at any University Food Services outlet, however, eating at the COVE is your option for savings.
