Cindy Holmes, our Assistant Professor, was interviewed for UVic Bounce Podcast: Waving, Not Drowning. UVic Bounce is a faculty-led initiative to provide resources to support student wellness, mental health, reduce stigma and support academic wellbeing.

In this interview Cindy discusses her experience as an undergraduate student, including her own mental health challenges in the context of social and structural oppression and the healing labour of community activism. Cindy hopes this podcast provides a support and resources for students.
