Approved courses from outside of UVic

BEd Elementary Curriculum Program

If you are completing the academic course requirements at another BC college or university, consult the prepared approved course lists below. These lists are based on each institution's academic calendar and the BC Transfer Guide (BCTG).

When planning for your two approved courses in a required subject, it is your responsibility to confirm that the courses you pick do not have overlapping content and that you can expect to receive credit for each. To avoid duplicate content, we recommend choosing both courses from the same institution.

When choosing courses from these handouts, check the BCTG for the course transfer agreement effective date. Be sure to re-check the BCTG at the start of each term as transfer information is subject to change.

You may also take approved courses at another college or university that is not listed. Note that courses must both transfer to UVic and have approved content in order to be accepted to this program.

B.Ed Elementary PDPP

If you are completing the academic course requirements at another BC college or university, consult the prepared approved course list below. This list is based on each institution's academic calendar. Transfer credit is not needed for this program.
