Work while you learn

At UVic, learning extends beyond the classroom. Alternate terms in class with paid work terms in positions related to your interests. You'll graduate with work experience, a great resume, contacts in biomedical engineering and some extra cash in your pocket.

Co-op graduates are more likely to find relevant, permanent work with higher salaries.

Biomedical engineering co-op

Co-op is mandatory in biomedical engineering.

You'll be enrolled automatically and expected to complete four work terms.
