Meet with a career educator

Our career educators can help you with:

  • Résumés, cover letters and interviews
  • Career exploration, research and planning
  • Searching for work
  • Graduate and professional school research and applications

Book an appointment

To book a 30-minute in-person or Zoom appointment with a career educator:

  1. Log in to the Co-op and Career portal. 
  2. Choose the Appointments tab and then Career Services.
  3. Select the staff member you'd like to meet with.

Add your preference for an in-person or Zoom interview in the Additional Information box and provide your email address.

In-person appointments are held in the Campus Services Building (CSR) 110, to the left of the bookstore. 

Need help booking?

  1. Choose the appointment calendar that applies to you.
  2. We recommend that you select Book by Appointment Provider, so you can choose to meet with specific co-op and career staff members.
  3. Look through the list of providers to find the person who is most suitable for you to meet with based on your area of study.
  4. Choose the type of appointment you need. A list will appear that shows the next 5 appointment time slots the staff member has available for the specific appointment type.
  5. Choose the View Calendar button to see all available time slots. Select a time slot that works for you.
  6. Select the appointment type and answer the questions to in the Additional Information section. This will help the career educator or co-op coordinator prepare for your appointment.
  7. Select Book Appointment.
  8. You should receive an email confirming your appointment booking. If you've booked your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will get a reminder email the day before your appointment.
