Labs File Storage is a network share drive that curriculum instructors can use to place and share teaching materials for courses taking place in the Student Computing Facilities. This drive is mapped as the L: drive on all of our computers.

Instructors may use the Labs storage volume to make digital course materials, readings and assignments available, and to create drop-box folders for submitting digital assignments. Contact us to set up a class folder.

For copyright and data retention purposes, content stored on needs to be renewed every term. Material that is not renewed will be removed. This is not meant to be a permanent storage location for content.

For detailed instructions on accessing file shares from off-campus, please refer to the Departmental File Storage page on the service catalog.  The server address for the Labs file storage is \\\labs.
