Geography Master’s student Alessia Kockel explains her research on Marine Protected Areas in the Philippines. The goal of this research is to inform local fishers about the benefits of protecting marine areas for future generations.

We offer Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MSc), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in human geography, physical geography, human-environment interactions, and geomatics.  All degrees are research-focused (i.e., thesis or dissertation option) and are supplemented by nominal coursework designed to build knowledge and enhance research- and career-related skills.
