I am the Engineering & Science Librarian at UVic Libraries. I received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) & Masters of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry from S. P. University in India in 2000 and a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from SLAIS at the University of British Columbia in 2004.  Prior to this, I was a public librarian with the Burnaby Public Library and the Vancouver Public Library.

My research interests include diversity issues at libraries, cultural context of information literacy, faculty and librarian collaborations, and information seeking behaviors of minorities and multicultural populations.
