Do you have quick and general immigration questions? Drop-in to our weekly online Immigration Q&A session where an International Student Adviser will be available to answer your questions. Questions about your study permit, work authorization, work permit, entry documents, and more will be answered in the chat function in the order that they are received. If you have complex and case specific questions, please contact International Student Services.  

Please have the following available if possible when you join the session:

  • Student number (V#)
  • Original or copy of your Canadian temporary resident documents (e.g. study permit, work permit, temporary resident visa) and passport
  • Any other relevant documents you have that may be needed for the Q&A
  • Your list of questions

Our International Student Advisers cannot advise on Permanent Residence programs. Students seeking this assistance can consider hiring an authorized immigration representative.
