Roman art and archaeology, ceramics, ancient cooking and consumption practices, and post-colonialism on cultural change and identity formation.
Research Interests:
Conducting a diachronic analysis on ceramic assemblages to better understand the inhabitants of the Cabrera de Mar valley (ancient Ilduro) and to see how the local Iberian cooking and consumption practices change after the Roman conquest of Hispania in the 200s BCE. Specifically looking at the cookware and tableware ceramic assemblages from ancient Ilduro from 300 BCE to 600 CE.
