Thesis Topic:
Applying post-colonial approaches to the role of migrant craftspeople in cultural interaction and exchange, the transmission of iconography through their work, and the adaptations they made to suit regional markets. Specifically focusing on the potted forms and painted iconography of ceramics from Archaic Greece (700-480BCE) attributed to migrant craftspeople working in the mainland region of Boeotia.
