R43 South Tower Residence Seismic restraint installation

South Tower Residence – Rooftop mechanical room

Facilities Management and Carmichael Engineering will be installing seismic restraints to the equipment in the rooftop mechanical room. There will be intermittent noisy work as the concrete is drilled to install anchors. We apologize for any inconveniences this causes.
