RESS One Card System and CCTV Infrastructure Installation Phase 1A

Facilities Management will be working with Aral Construction (2014) Ltd. on the installation of the One Card System and CCTV Infrastructure in 7 residences from January 2026 through to March 2026. The work will be carried out in public corridors, exterior areas, electrical and communications areas, bike lockers, janitor and storage rooms, and some laundry rooms.

Aral Construction will work from January 26 to January 30, 2026 on identifying and marking the conduit routes for data and power in each building.

No construction work will be performed during this time.
