Petch Air Balancing and Repairs Schedule Reminder - UPDATED

* Shutdown Reminder *

Facilities Management, JB Sheetmetal and Rain City Technical have
restarted their air balancing efforts in your building.

Per our schedule released in February and the reminder sent two weeks
ago, we are balancing AHU 4 this week. Please see that chart below for
the room numbers of affected labs. As before, technicians will be in many
spaces taking measurements.

Please take the following precautions:
1. Please refrain from using fume hoods during this time.
2. Please store all hazardous chemicals in the appropriate acid or
flammable cabinets and wipe up any spills inside fume hoods. Our
technicians are unable to tell if a spill is just water or something more
serious.

Please see the chart below for the remainder of the fume hood
shutdown schedule as we complete this work. The remainder of the
April schedule has been adjusted due to feedback. If the specific time
frame suggested creates a significant hardship for your lab, please reach
out to me to discuss. I apologise for the interruption to your lab and
research.
