Sngequ House Overnight Power Shutdown

Sngequ House

Facilities Management, EllisDon Kinetic and Schneider Electric are advising of an overnight power shutdown on May 25 and 26, 2026.

Emergency lighting will be maintained throughout for safe egress.

The following disturbances will occur throughout the night in 2-3 hour blocks:
• Heating and cooling system – fans will shut down intermittently
• Dorm plugs will shut down intermittently
• Internet will stay active with UPS backup
• Level 1 and 2 services – kitchen, laundry etc. will shut down intermittently

Time frame:
Monday, May 25 – 11:00pm to Tuesday, May 26 6:00am
Tuesday, May 26 – 11:00pm to Wednesday, May 27 6:00am
