R40 - Ring Road Residence – Building Automation System Legacy Upgrade

Building #R40 – Mechanical Room, closets A224 & C226, along with hallways and attic spaces for re-commissioning

Facilities Management has contracted SRD Controls to update the Building Automation System DDC Controller in the mechanical room. This controller is responsible for running all HVAC equipment within the building. Ventilation equipment will be placed into a “Manual Mode” for the day to provide air exchange in the building. Following the controller upgrade, all the system Inputs and Outputs (room temperature sensors, fans, pumps, etc.) will be tested to ensure they operate as expected.
