Facilities Management will be working with Aral Construction (2014) Ltd., on the installation of the One Card System and CCTV Infrastructure in 7 residences from January 2026 through to March 2026. The Work will be carried out in public corridors, exterior areas, electrical and communication rooms, with exception of some laundry rooms.

As part of the pre-construction activities, the Contractor has scheduled a site visit for Friday, January 9, 2026, to take measurements for layout, routing, etc.

No construction work will be performed during the site visit.
