Engineering Computer Science Building Exit Closure

ECS 125 Lecture Theatre – exterior exit to path between ECS / ELW

In support of the Engineering Expansion Project, Bird Construction
will be reconstructing the concrete stair at the exterior exit from
ECS 125 lecture theatre. During the Apr 23 – May 6 break, this
emergency exit from the lecture theatre will be closed. When
classes resume May 7, a temporary emergency exit ramp will be in
place in the event of an emergency, and for ECS building fire drill.

All other exits from the ECS building will be operational, inclusive of
emergency exits from all other ECS level 1 lecture theatres. Please
refer to attached map showing the location of the closure, and the
main building exits marked with a red arrow.

Apr. 23 – May 6: ECS 125 exterior emergency exit CLOSED.
May 7 – 14: ECS 125 temporary emergency exit ramp for
use ONLY in event of emergency / fire drill.
