Engineering Lab Wing - Antenna Maintenance

Engineering Lab Wing – Rooftop

The UVic Propagation Laboratory, Vera Industrial Access Inc. and Coastal Crane are working on routine maintenance of the antennas located on the rooftop towers of the Engineering Laboratory Wing.

An antenna system will be removed from the East Tower for maintenance, and repairs using human lift operations will be completed on an antenna system on the West Tower.

A mobile crane will be positioned along the northeast corner and then in front of the main entrance to ELW. The work area will be delineated with caution tape and safety monitors will be on site directing traffic.

Please be mindful of all work happening in and around the area between 9am and 5pm on Sunday, March 22, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause.
