Elliot Building, ELL – Building Automation System Maintenance

Elliot Building, Building #116 – Legacy Controller #49A1 Upgrade

Facilities Management has contracted SRD Controls to update the Building Automation System DDC Controller in the Clean Room #018. This controller is responsible for running variable speed drives (VFD’s) to ensure pressure relationships between spaces are maintained. The drives will be placed into a Manual State such that the existing pressure relationship will remain as it is. Temperatures in the room will continue to be controlled separately by the air conditioning system.

Following the controller upgrade, all the system Inputs and Outputs (HVAC, temperature sensors, heating control valves, etc.) will be tested to ensure they operate as expected.
