Cunningham – Building Automation System Maintenance

Building #140 – Legacy Controller #43 Upgrade

 Facilities Management has contracted SRD Controls to update the Building Automation System DDC Controller in the third floor mechanical room #306. This controller is responsible for running the heating water system, including the Domestic Hot Water. Ventilation equipment will continue to operate and not be affected. Following the controller upgrade, all the system Inputs and Outputs (water temperature sensors, heating control valves, etc.) will be tested to ensure they operate as expected.
