Cornett Building - Partial Roof Replacements 2026

Cornett A Wing, B Wing, and walkway roofs

Facilities Management is working with Universal Sheet Metal Ltd.,
on the replacement of roof sections indicated on the attached map.
The project schedule, originally set for completion on November 9,
2026, has been extended and divided into two phases.

Phase 1 (current) will be completed by November 13, 2026.

Phase 2 which includes the installation of gravel ballast and
complementary activities, has been scheduled for the period
between December 25, 2026, and January 2, 2027, to avoid causing
disruptions.

The mobilization area that is already on-site will remain there until
January 2, 2027.

Completion of Phase 1: From Tuesday, November 10 to Friday
November 13, 2026.
