Cornett Building - Partial Roof Replacements 2026

Cornett building -Wing B and Courtyard.

Facilities Management is working with Universal Sheet Metal Ltd.,
on the replacement of the roof. The contractor will begin installing
scaffolding on the northwest side of the building above the roof of
rooms B108 and B112 (Location No. 1) on Friday, October 23, 2026,
and in the courtyard areas (Location No. 2) on Monday, October
26, 2026.

The scaffolding will remain on the site for varying periods of time,
as described below under Time frame.

The scaffolding will initially be used to take measurements to
determine the lengths of metal flashing to be fabricated, and it will
subsequently be used for the installation of these pieces.

The contractor will delineate the areas at location 2 where the
scaffolding will be installed.

Refer to the attached map to identify the location No. 1 and No. 2.

Location No.1 From October 23 to November 6, 2026.
Location No. 2: From October 26 to November 2, 2026.
