Building #222 – Legacy Controller #80 Upgrade

Facilities Management has contracted SRD Controls to update the Building Automation System DDC Controller in the water entry mechanical room #014. This controller is responsible for running the heating water system. The building will undergo normal morning warm up if needed prior to the controller being replaced. Ventilation equipment will continue to operate and not be affected. Following the controller upgrade, all the system Inputs and Outputs (water temperature sensors, heating control valves, etc.) will be tested to ensure they operate as expected.
