High Voltage Upgrades - Power Outage - Area 3

UVIC FMGT has scheduled a 12-hour electrical outage in these buildings to support critical upgrades to the campus electrical distribution grid. This work is necessary to maintain the reliability of our high-voltage infrastructure and for tie-in into the District Energy Plant.

Detailed coordination efforts are underway in preparation for this scheduled outage, including planning with Faculty Administrative Officers and FMGT to verify critical equipment is on generator backup power.

Buildings will be closed to the public. Additional communication will be distributed to the broader campus community closer to the date of the outage.
