Cornett A169 & A171 - Abatement and Demolition - Daily Sprinkler Drain Downs

Cornett Building – First Floor, All Wings

Facilities Management will be working with Canadian Environmental and their subcontractors to abate and renovate areas of interior spaces in COR A169 and A171.

As part of this work, FMGT Plumbing and Electrical Shops will be performing daily shutdowns of the Level 1 fire sprinkler system between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm daily (Monday to Friday). These shutdowns will deactivate the fire sprinkler system on Level 1.

The fire alarm is expected to remain operational on Normal AC power.

Building occupants should pull the fire pull stations and exit the building immediately in the event of a fire emergency during these shutdowns.
