Cornett Building - Partial Roof Replacement

Cornett Building: A-Wing, B-Wing, Walkway Roofs

Facilities Management is preparing for the partial roof replacement of the Cornett Building from September through to November 2026. A-Wing, B-Wing and the pedestrian walkway roofs are targeted for replacement during this time. This third phase will mark the completion of the replacement of the building’s roof.

There is a bidder’s site walk scheduled for Thursday, August 20 from 10:00am to 11:00am. At this time, we will be accessing the various roof areas with potential contractors.
