Scaffolding Near BWC Loading Dock

Facilities Management and Aral Construction are installing chilled water
redundancy and efficiency improvements between the Elliot, Petch, and
Bob Wright Centre buildings.

To facilitate the installation of a chilled water line connection between the
buildings, we will be erecting a temporary scaffolding on the roof of the
Bob Wright covered loading bay and in the fenced area between Petch
and BWC. Once erected, this scaffolding will not impede egress or the
operation of any doors.

Tomorrow morning, a truck crane and delivery truck will temporarily park
at the BWC loading dock to facilitate unloading of the scaffolding bundles
and placement on the roof. A spotter will be present to prevent
pedestrians from walking under the crane path.

While this work should not block the entire loading dock, it will require
two trucks. If you are anticipating a delivery on Wednesday, which cannot
be rerouted to the Petch or Elliot loading bays, please reach out to me to
coordinate activities. Thank you.
