Content submissions are due the Thursday prior to each edition. Please read the policies and guidelines before sending submissions.

All items are subject to an approval process and may be edited for style and tone. Content may be trimmed to 50 words or less.

The Ring newspaper, UVic News, My page and Current faculty and staff will continue to provide possible venues for suitable announcements that aren't included in the Campus Checklist broadcast emails.
