Digital recorder
Details
Tascam digital recorder: The Tascam DR-1 digital recorder has a 1GB SD card and uses a USB cable to easily transfer files to your computer and to recharge the batteries. The recorder has 2 mic in inputs (one 1/8" and 1/4" jack), a line in (1/8" jack) and line out (1/8" jack), as well as a built-in stereo microphone. You will need a pair of headphones in order to hear your recordings - headphones are not included with this rental.

Pressfeed box
Details
Pressfeed box: The press feed box is used with a PA system, which allows the media to patch a direct line into the PA. It has six XLR outputs that can be individually switched between line and mic levels. Use this device for getting multiple outgoing signals or recordings from an event.
Instructions
Plug the mediafeed box into a power outlet, turn the unit on, plug the outgoing XLR cable from the PA into the input on the mediafeed, select line or mic level for the channel that you would like to use, and then plug another XLR cable from the output channel to your device.

CD player
Details
5-disc CD player: There are two 5 disc CD players and a single CD player in our rental stock. All of the CD players have RCA outputs.

Logitech Bluetooth Speaker
Details
Logitech Bluetooth Speaker P710e: The Logitech Bluetooth Speaker is great for improving the microphone feature on smart phones or tablets. This can be very useful for conference calls because it allows for greater range of the participlants to be picked up by the microphone. Also the base has an output jack for a mini stereo audio cable so that recieved audio can be re-broadcasted on external speakers so that more people can listen to the conversation.
Instructions
For charging or connecting to a computer, attach the USB cable from the speaker unit into your PC. To use the Bluetooth function for connecting to a smart phone or tablet start by pressing the power button on the side. Once the speaker turns on go into your phone/tablet's bluetooth settings and search for "Logitech Speakerphone P710e", then tap on it to connect. You may have to scan for nearby devices and/or make your device visible so that both devices can connect.
