Change your NetLink ID passphrase: students

If you know your current NetLink ID passphrase, you can change your passphrase by visiting and clicking on the "Change your passphrase" link. If you have forgotten your passphrase, you will need to reset your passphrase.

For example: ! ” # $ % & ’ ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ \

See the passphrase tips page for further information on creating more secure passwords.

Reset your NetLink ID passphrase

If you have forgotten your NetLink ID or passphrase, you can recover it by visiting the NetLink website and clicking on the "Can't sign in?" link.

Alternative method to reset your passphrase

If the above does not work, the Computer Help Desk can assist you with resetting your password, either in person or over the phone.
