Institutional data reporting migration to Power BI

UVic’s institutional data reporting has transitioned from SAS to Power BI as of January 12th.

This change is part of our broader strategy to modernise tools, improve accessibility, and enhance data visualisation capabilities across the organisation. Power BI provides a modern interface and seamless integration with the Microsoft Office suite.

Power BI reports are the authoritative source for UVic data as of January 12th. Please refer to the UVic Admissions and UVic Student reports for official UVic data as of today. SAS reports will still be provided until April to allow for transition time.
