Banner maintenance scheduled for May 24, 2026

The University's central administrative system (Banner) used for student records, payroll, and finance will be unavailable on Sunday, May 24, 2026 from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm to perform planned system maintenance.
Banner and all services dependent on Banner will be unavailable during the scheduled Banner maintenance including:
- Banner Self Service (Student, Human Resources and Employee, Advisor, and Finance)
- Millennium FAST
- Banner Document Management System (Xtender)
- University of Victoria Online Admissions application
- Transcript ordering
- Banner Workflow
- Banner Communication Management
- APEX applications using Banner data
- NetLink passphrase change and account management
- Online application to graduate (OAG)
- Applicant Information Review System (AIRS)
Brightspace, email, M365/Teams, and Zoom will not be affected.
