Workflow is a tool that is used to electronically process requests using automated procedures and following standard business rules. Systems that use the workflow tool include AP Reply, OHS Training, HRIS New Employee, and Academic Leave Requests. All new staff are provided with a Workflow account as part of the HRIS New Employee workflow system. The Academic Leave and OHS Training systems automatically create appropriate access when a faculty or staff member requires access to one of these systems.
