UVic’s SAS Student Enrolment Reporting Portal provides access to regular updates to EETs and FTE enrolment as well as class-population reports. Clients will be able to regularly monitor EETs at the department and faculty levels (to see how enrolments stand in relation to their targets); monitor FTEs at the graduate program level (to see how enrolments stand in relation to their targets); monitor course-section waitlists and enrolments; and view a multitude of enrolment and fact-book-style reports on the demographics and enrolment composition of the university, faculties, departments, and programs.

How do I request or access this service?

Access to the system will be automatically provisioned. After receiving an account, users can login to the SAS Portal.  Any further requests should go to Tony Eder.

Users of this service are encouraged to subscribe to the SAS-Reporting-System mailing list. This mailing list will inform all provisioned users regarding any issues related to the SAS Reporting System, from scheduled maintenance periods to upcoming training sessions to newly created reports. Visit the SAS-Reporting-System mailing list to subscribe, unsubscribe, or to obtain a reminder about your SAS mailing list password.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is provided free of charge.

When is this service available?

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
