Business applications
The UVic ONECard is the official identification card for the University of Victoria community. The UVic ONECard also provides access to student meal plans, and can be used to manage funds to be used at food service and retail locations across campus. The UVic ONECard also serves as the Vikes Recreation membership card. A detailed list of services is available through the ONECard office. ONECard holders can manage their account information through Online tools.

To obtain a ONECard, you must visit the ONECard office.
What is the cost for this service?
The first ONECard is available at no charge to UVic faculty, staff, and students. Cards for Alumni and Affiliates, as well as replacement cards may result in a fee.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
Units where you can load your ONECard funds each have their own hours of operation, however, funds can be loaded online. Please refer to the ONECard website.
