Exhibits are a valuable part of UVic Libraries' goal to have our collections, resources, programs, and staff central to the research and teaching programs of the University of Victoria.

Through abundant and varied exhibits, UVic Libraries work with faculty, student, staff and community expertise to reach new audiences and to more deeply engage students, faculty and community members. UVic Libraries host a variety of exhibits that strengthen library outreach to the community.

Library exhibits:

  • Create experiential learning opportunities for students that enhance their formal education
  • Expand learning and research opportunities
  • Showcase primary source materials
  • Provide collaborative research environments to enable knowledge creation
  • Contribute to the intellectual and cultural environment of the greater university community
