Supporting research labs

If you run (or are planning to run) a research lab in the Faculty of Humanities, we can assist in various ways. 

We can:

• estimate costs of equipment and labour for grant applications
• consult on maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software
• maintain and upgrade the equipment
• train research assistants on use of the equipment, or your staff on maintenance and administration
• liaise with enterprise systems staff on behalf of the project.

We offer our services at no charge to members of UVic's Faculty of Humanities. Please contact us for more information about how we can be of help.
