When you are accepted into the neuroscience graduate program, you are guaranteed a minimum stipend. This can be a combination of:

  • scholarships
  • fellowships

  • support payments from individual research grants

MSc students who make satisfactory progress towards their degree requirements are guaranteed a minimum of $24,000 per annum for 2 years and PhD students $24,000 per annum for 4 years.

Teaching assistantships (TAs)

Earnings from TA appointments can make up a part of your minimum stipend. However, TA appointments are not guaranteed.
