Chair in Transgender Studies Research Fellowship for Visiting University-Based Scholars and Professionals

Three or more fellowships will be awarded by the Chair in Transgender Studies to visiting university-based scholars and professionals pursuing trans-related research at UVic.

Preference will be given to those who self-identify as Trans, Nonbinary, or Two-Spirit, and to those who have not previously received an award from the Chair in Transgender Studies.

Further consideration will be given to the project’s budget. Students need to complete the application form by May 31 and submit to Donja Roberts, Scholarship Administrative Officer, either by email (scholoff@uvic.ca), or in-person to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Jamie Cassels Centre, 2nd Floor, Rm A207.

Eligibility

Normally, the minimum requirement for consideration is an A- average and any additional criteria that has been established by the donor. Application details, deadlines and eligibility criteria are all listed in the award description. Unless otherwise noted in the award description, you must be a full-time graduate student.
