Bob Wright Centre - Update of DDC Systems
Bob Wright Centre – B-Wing
Facilities Management is working with SRD Controls on the update of the IP addresses for the building DDC Controls (BACnet) that control the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in the B-Wing of the Bob Wright Centre.
This work is scheduled for January 27th to January 30th, 2022, and will intermittently impact all heating, cooling, ventilation, and hot water to the building at various times.
A detailed schedule has been provided to the building contacts.
Fume Hood Advisory:
Please note that on Saturday, January 28th in the BWC vivarium and Sunday, January 29th on all floors of the BWC B-Wing, the fume hoods will continue to operate but will not be able to adjust to the opening and closing of the sashes. Due to this loss of ventilation control, sashes are to remain closed and fume hoods are not to be used during this time.
