Student associations

Education Students’ Association (EdSA)a student-run organization that serves the undergraduate students in the Faculty of Education.

Association of Graduate Education Studies (AGES): an association promoting and supporting students' participation and involvement in academic activities.

University of Victoria Students’ Society (UVSS): a campus-wide association advocating on behalf of students on important issues and providing services to students.

UVic Native Students Union: a student-run collective dedicated to supporting the Indigenous student community at the University of Victoria.

Graduate Students' Society: represents the interests of graduate students at UVic, with a voice on the largest national student body that lobbies for student issues.

Sports and recreation clubs: UVic has a myriad of sports and recreation clubs for you to choose from. Chances are if you have an interest, there is a club on campus for you!

The Anti-Violence Project (AVP): the on-campus sexual assault centre with confidential support and services.

Third Space Women's Centre: a feminist undergraduate collective who strives towards providing a safe(r) space for women on campus and in the community.

UVic Pride Collective and Graduate Pride Group: a social and a political organization advocating on behalf of queer students.

The UVic Students of Colour Collective (SOCC): a group of self-identified students of colour operating as an advocacy group out of the University of Victoria.

The Society for Students with a Disability (SSD): represents the interest of a wide range of students on campus who self-identify as having one or more disabilities.
