Want to connect with employers in the tech industry?
Join us for the Hi-Tech Co-op + Career Fair, where you can meet representatives from 40 organizations all in one place. It's the biggest engineering and computer science co-op and career event of the year!
Our Hi-Tech Fair will also feature:
- our LinkedIn Photo Booth, where you can have a free photo taken for your professional profile
- Meet and greet with International Co-op Coordinator Sarah McQuillan, who can provide information about doing a co-op abroad
- An opportunity to connect with Indigenous Co-op Coordinator David Busch, who can provide information about co-op and career support and resources for Indigenous students
Tips for making the most of the fair
- Know who's attending: Review company profiles to learn who will be at the fair and what types of students they're looking for.
- Bring copies of your résumé: Many organizations will be actively recruiting for co-op and full-time roles.
- Attend both days of the fair: There'll be different employers on both days.
- Visit our Career Corner: Pop up to the second floor of the Engineering Lab Wing (by the ESS office) to meet with Career Educator Karae White.
- Come to the prep workshop: Karae will be running a workshop on Thursday, February 2 at 11:30am to help you make the most of the fair. Register for this workshop.
