Business and Finance

research area four visual

ACET's business and finance innovation research supports community energy transformation by unlocking new sources of funding and co-designing equitable sustainable and impact finance solutions that are rooted in local values.

Our researchers collaborate with community leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and policymakers to develop financial tools, ownership models and business strategies that support community aspirations, build resilience and expand economic opportunities.

This work helps communities access new resources, increase their autonomy, and build economically sensible clean energy systems that serve generations to come.
