New podcast and video production studio available in CLE B023

A new podcast and video production studio is available in room CLE B023 on the basement level of the Clearihue building. This private, mostly soundproof space can accommodate up to four people working together. Current UVic students, instructors and staff can book the studio.

The studio includes equipment and software for podcasting, video production and digital content creation, such as:

  • Podcasting: RØDECaster Pro system, four studio microphones, four headphones and a Blue Yeti microphone
  • Video production: Sony a6400 camera, teleprompter and three LED video lights
  • Digital production: iMac, Wacom Cintiq creative display, and audio, video, graphics and livestreaming software
